Lindsay is an associate lawyer at Gerrand Rath Johnson.
Lindsay joined the firm in November of 2023. Lindsay’s practice focuses on labour, employment, and human rights law. She provides guidance on a wide variety of labour and employment issues as well as representing clients before all manners of courts, arbitrators and tribunals.
Lindsay has a wide range of experience having previously practiced at Public Prosecutions, Legal Aid, and medium-sized firms in Regina. Lindsay has represented clients before all levels of Court in Saskatchewan including jury trials along with representing clients at administrative bodies including labour arbitration and the Saskatchewan Labour Relations Board.
Lindsay is a member of the Law Society of Saskatchewan, Canadian Bar Association, Canadian Association of Labour Lawyers, the Saskatchewan Trial Lawyers Association, and the Regina Bar Association. Lindsay has previous served with many organizations including Habitat for Humanity, the Regina Immigrant Women Centre, the Elizabeth Fry Society, Family Legal Assistance Clinic, and the YWCA Regina.
Lindsay graduated from the University of Saskatchewan, College of Law, receiving her Juris Doctorate, after completing a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Regina. Lindsay articled in La Ronge and Regina and was called to the bar in 2019.
Outside of work, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her husband and children.
